Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Chicken (pork, turkey, shrimp-whole, veggies)
- 1 Shallot ,chopped
- 1 inch Ginger, grated
- 2 Garlic cloves, chopped
- 6 Button Mushrooms, diced
- 2 TBLS TwoGirlsGourmet Shallot Oil
- 1 TBLS TwoGirlsGourmet Szechwan Chili Oil
- 1 TBLS Soy Sauce
- 2 TBLS Hoisin Sauce
- ¼ tsp TwoGirlsGourmet Chili Crunch
- 1 handful Cilantro, chopped
- 1 head Iceberg lettuce, washed and chilled
Instructions
- In a wok or skillet, heat the oils
- Saute Garlic, Shallots, Ginger for 30 seconds
- Add Mushrooms, sauté
- Add Chicken, sauté until not pink
- Add Soy Sauce, Hoisin and Chili Crunch, Stir
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Take 1 lettuce leaf
- Add 3-4 TBLS Chicken
- Top with Cilantro
- Enjoy!
