Ingredients
  • Store bought pizza dough
  • Fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 5 oz. bag of spinach
  • 1 shallot minced
  • 8 oz. of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 TBLS + 1 tsp TwoGirlsGourmet Shallot Oil
  • 1 cup of grape tomatoes
  • 12 oz. chicken sausage sliced ¼"
  • ½ ttsp TwoGirlsGourmet Chili Crunch
Instructions
  1. Preheat baking stone for 30 mins on 450 degrees
  2. Sauté the shallots in 1 TBLS of Shallot Oil
  3. Add spinach & cover
  4. Stir occasionally
  5. Salt and pepper to taste
  6. Remove and place in a container
  7. Saute mushrooms, garlic & Chili Crunch in 1 TBLS Shallot Oil
  8. Thinly roll out the dough
  9. Carefully take out the baking stone and place the dough directly on the stone
  10. Brush with 1 tsp Shallot Oil
  11. Place the ingredients on top of the dough
  12. Sprinkle with parmesan or romano
  13. Bake for 12-15 mins until the crust is golden
